By recycling boxes on select lower priced orders, we strive to reduce our ecological impact. Orders that are over the $50 threshold are shipped in special deluxe mailers with insulation on all sides, to prevent damage.
*Media(s) are always removed form sleeves (except when sealed) in order to prevent splits to the sleeve(s) in transit.
Any number of items domestically are shipped FREE over $50 with USPS media mail. Priority is the default for orders over $120, although if you desire priority for more inexpensive orders - please contact us via our contact form PRIOR to placing the order.
Our website takes precedence over the other platform we sell on and we guarantee timely shipping of all orders (1-5 days after order is placed).
Tracking information is provided for all orders via the email address you provide while placing the order.
Return Process
We have a 7 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with any item within 7 days of you receiving it, you may request a refund no questions asked. *SEALED ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED SEALED and items must be received in the same condition they were shipped in or this policy is void.
